Committed to supporting women in business

Women often struggle to find a network of senior mentors to help them grow their careers. Unfortunately, this isn’t unusual - the Canadian business community has long been identified as “lagging behind to support women in leadership roles, and the shortcoming is noticeable on both a local and international scale…” (Huffington Post). One consequence is that women-owned startups have decreased.

To help improve things for women in business, we’re committed to initiatives which support women in leadership and entrepreneurial roles.

The Poly Team Effort

Personal volunteering projects

All Poly employees and contractors are given 3 paid days per year to spend on community service and volunteering projects in areas that are most important to them. The team supports a variety of causes from the United Way to the Canadian Cancer Society and Dress for Success. Watch this space for more information about what the Poly Team is doing this month!

  • CN Tower Presidential Climb for United Way
  • Ride for Heart
  • CIBC Run for the Cure
  • Team Poly Services Group Rocked and Strolled in support of Mount Sinai Hospital in the Fall of 2014
